After permission is received from the Principal, have a meeting with the faculty and teachers to explain the new prayer group and the need for the children to understand the real presence of Jesus in the Eucharist and the need to develop a relationship with Jesus through adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. Also scheduling the classes to visit with our Lord to experience exposition of the Blessed Sacrament once a week for about 10 to 15 minutes. The ministry leader will speak to the children during these visits to explain the real presence and developing a relationship with Jesus.

2. The membership enrollment would be performed by the ministry leader by obtaining each class list of students and list of faculty and transposing the names to the membership forms and preparing membership cards for distribution, by the teaches, to their students.

3. Each class teacher would receive (from the R.E.D.) a student list with numbers and corresponding membership cards for distribution.

4. The faculty enrollment would be performed by the ministry leader and given to the R.E.D. for distribution.

5. The children preparing for first Communion should also be scheduled to visit with our Lord and be exposed to adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. The children should be told that they will become members of the prayer group, Adorers of the Blessed Sacrament, when they receive their first Communion.

6. The children will develop a relationship with Jesus by their weekly visits with our Lord, throughout their school years, that will never be forgotten. And because of this relationship with Jesus, these children will never leave the Church.
